Recovery Canada - The Wellness Network is committed to supporting people in their journey by providing moderated discussion forums where people can share coping strategies, find support, and learn what has helped others in similar circumstances. The discussion forums are based on a self-help model -- they are about members helping members, and as such do not provide access to professional advice/service. To ensure all members have a safe, supportive place to be, members must follow the forum users' guidelines when posting.

From each specific topic area listed below, you will find descriptions of the discussion forums currently available. Many of the forums are provided in password-protected environments to further improve the safety and sense of community of Recovery Canada - The Wellness Network members.
