Never

Have you never witnessed The zipper's jaw unclench Have you never been forced to bear The terror silencing fear And have you never wondered Why he wanted to take you here? Have you never seen The organ player's pipe Have you never been intrigued By his forbidden song And have you never wondered Why the rhythm seems so wrong? Have you never been fondled Have you never been held Have you never been kissed Beneath the banner "Never Tell" And have you never wondered What it's like to dwell in hell? Have you never been unable To erase the movie scene Have you never been unable To fast forward the surreal speed And have you never been unable To voice the silent memory? Have you never faded out When talking about your past Have you never succumbed to numbness Strangling stifling fuzzy mess And have you never wondered If there's a day when you'll hurt less? Have you never torn your flesh Cut with a passion oh so sweet Have you never seen the blood Dripping from the razor's teeth And have you never wondered Why you didn't cut too deep? Have you never cried The tears of a lonely child Have you never been deceived Have you never been denied And have you never wondered How you continue to survive? Have you? Never?
