LITTLE GIRL IN THE MOON

Sometimes I feel like a little girl
Sitting in the moon looking down at the world
I see and feel the ocean's mist,
I can breathe in the cool smell
of seaweed, sand and salt water
I see the most beautiful white crested waves crashing into the rocks along the shore.

I can see fields of wild flowers
Beautiful colors of bllues, purples,
white, yellow, pink and greens.
Ican smell the fragrance of roses,
lavendar, daiseys, sweet peas, and wild country straw.

I can hear the rustling sound of a babbling brook, and see little tiny black fish swimming in schools down the streams current.

I can see the most amazing colors of autumn,
across the mountains and valleys.
Vivid orange, red, green, yellow, browns, and mixed colored leaves too.

I have the gift of staying in the moon day or night
I can see things from all aspects
I can dream and feel safe way up here in the beautiful sky
Sitting in the moons wonderful bright warm arms.

When I want to become part of the human race,
I slide out of the moons arms and into the vast blue ocean below me,
I swim with the fish and the dolphins.
I collect sea shells along my journey to the shoreline to help me feel safe when I become involved with humans and the human race.

Humanity can be very difficult to survive in.
Its the untilmate challenge to grow up in a world of good and bad.
To find a balance of serenity in a world so full of insanity.

I walk upon the beach in my bear feet,
I feel the sand and know that I am now a human creature with feelings and unknown journeys I will take while here for a while.

When things get scary and humanity is no longer where I want to be,
I climb back up into the moons arms by reaching for the stars, they are my ladder to the moons warm unconditional love and smiling face.

I go there alot and sit at night to survive until the next day and then I slip back into the water of the ocean to start my journey all over again.

Thank you MOON for helping me to find my safe place so I can survive the long nights and sometimes the long days.

Thank you for saving my life.
