Despite the title, this book is for both men and women. For those that have experiences abuse or are simply addicted to sex and/or experience codependacy. The stories within allow you to understand the why's and how's of the addiction while giving you hope that there is a way out of the pain. This is one of the most useful books that I have read to date and I think an essential read for anyone who wants to understand themselves better and work throught their healing.
